During the summer months the Board and Property Manager reviewed an updated proposal from Wilson Contracting for the second and third phases of the extensive asphalt repair project that began last year. The project involves repairs throughout the property. The contractor offered a discount to complete the project this year and the board agreed.
We have just been informed that Wilson Contracting has an unexpected opening in their schedule and they will therefore begin asphalt repairs on the driveways, roads, and sidewalks on Thursday September 17. Work will continue through next week. Unit Owners whose driveways will be involved in this final phase of the project will be individually notified in a separate email. If your driveway is being repaired and the repair extends across your driveway, please avoid driving over the new asphalt for a 48 hour period to allow the asphalt to harden. If for some reason you must drive over the new asphalt, please don’t stop or park your vehicle on the new asphalt.
