This year’s South Hadley local elections will be held in conjunction with the Massachusetts Presidential Primary on March 3, 2020. Town Meeting has approved moving the 2020 Annual Town Election to March 3 to coincide with the “Super Tuesday” Massachusetts Presidential Primary. Fire District 1 and 2 Annual Elections will also be held on March 3.

VOTING ON MARCH 3, 2020
All voting takes place at South Hadley High School, 153 Newton Street, South Hadley, and all town residents vote at that location. Election hours are 7:00am to 8:00pm. Five days of EARLY VOTING will be available in Room M11 (Town Clerk’s Office) at Town Hall, 116 Main Street, from 8am to 5pm on February 24, 24, 26 and 28; and from 7am to 6pm on February 27 (there are no weekend hours available).
Shadowbrook is in Precinct A and Fire/Water District 1.
LOCAL CANDIDATES FORUM on FEBRUARY 27
Candidates for Town and Fire District offices will be featured in a Candidates Forum at Town Hall auditorium, 116 Main Street, at 7:00pm on Thursday, February 27, 2020. The event is hosted by Know Your Town, a local organization that works to inform residents about town affairs. The Forum will also air on South Hadley’s Channel 15 (www.shctv15.com).
