Shadowbrook is governed by a seven-member Board of Trustees, who are elected to staggered three-year terms an the Annual Owners Meeting each fall. A notice and a Board nomination form are forwarded to owners several weeks before the meeting. The Board generally meets monthly, and the Annual Meeting is held in late November or early December, with special meetings scheduled as needed. All owners should plan to attend the annual meeting or provide a proxy to a trusted neighbor or a Trustee so that a quorum will be available to conduct the business of the Association.

ADVISORY COMMITTEES
The Financial Advisory Committee (FAC) and the Landscape Advisory Committees (LAC) are approved by the Board of Trustees. The FAC and LAC are ad hoc committees that meet as needed. Membership in Shadowbrook Advisory Committees is open to all interested residents.
SHADOWBROOK NEIGHBORS
Shadowbrook Neighbors is an informal residents group that brings people together. All residents are welcomed. The group meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm and everyone is welcome. Lunch outings at area restaurants, occasional outdoor meet-ups at Shadowbrook’s Green on the Hill, and other events are also planned.
