Bear Sightings

Residents have reported bear sightings in recent months in different sections of our community. The most recent sighting was early Saturday morning, March 7, behind units near Buttery Brook Park in the new section. The South Hadley Police have been getting a lot of calls of late about bears from all over town, and they refer residents to the state Environmental Police.
